"Leila" is a 16H 2012 Verbands Premium GOV mare by the 16.3H elite Hanoverian stallion Landkoenig out of Parodie, a 16.2H GOV Main Mare Book, top performing hunter mare by Pablo. A barn favorite, she posseses a stunning walk, very engaged and fluid, lofty trot and soft ground covering canter. She is very athletic and has a picturesque square jump with plenty of scope and beautiful bascule.
Landkoenig really needs no introduction; he completed his 100 day test at Adelheidsdorf when he was only three. He finished 7th out of 50 with 118.10 points and incredible scores of 9.5 for stadium jumping, 8's for willingness to work, character, temperament, and walk. The Hannoveraner Jahrbuch Hengste 2005 lists Landkoenig with a jumping breeding value of 132; putting him ahead of Ritual, Drosselklang, Espri, Escudo II, Grosso Z, as well as many other top German Grand Prix producers!
His sire Landadel was champion of his testing in Medingan 1985 and was the number one breeding stallion in 1991 and 1992. Fifth in the Hanoverian index, Landadel has produced multiple licensing champion stallions, SPS mares, and grand prix offspring! In 1994, his sire Landgraf Iled the list of stallions with the highest lifetime earnings by a wide margin. Landadel’s presence is seen in many top stallions.
Leila’s dam sire, Pablo is a proven stallion in Europe with 16 approved sons, including Prinz Pablo, Pablito, and Paparazzo. He was the licensing champion and was the reserve champion of 53 at his 100-day test; second in dressage with 138.2, and 3rd in jumping with 129.1 and an overall score of 136.2! He received 9’s on his trot, canter, rideability, and jumping, and in Sweden he was awarded more 9’s for his conformation, leg, bone, and correctness. In 2004 during the 3 yr old swedish national testing five Pablo offspring qualified and the highest scoring mare nation wide was a Pablo daughter! His pedigree brings exceptional jumping talent from his sire Pilot and strong dressage recognition from Graphit. Pablo proves to be a very versatile stallion producing top horses for the hunter, jumper and dressage arenas.
